About Sue Andrews
My Story
Sue first started writing at age 62 after 40 years of public school service. She has been a member of the CA Inland Empire Writers Club (IECWC) for the past sixteen years, and was a Jack London Award winner in 2021. For the past few years she has also been a member of the Diamond Valley Writers Guild and last year was honored in being chosen in their animal Anthology collection entitled Menagerie. Besides often writing in the monthly IECWC online magazines entitled Fresh Ink (mostly memoir pieces like the ones chosen for the 2021 State Literary Review of the CA Writers Clubs and the Menagerie book mentioned above). To Live and Love Again, Jacksonville Judas and A Killing in the Keys are her three published books.
Personal Life
Sue Andrews is the past President of the Inland Empire California Writers Club. Sue is an avid traveler who has been to most of the fifty United States and twenty-one countries. When not writing or traveling with her husband, she does volunteer work for the American Heart Association and Women Heart Association, having survived several heart attacks.
